The Game -> Scenario Description and Game -> Side Briefing windows are editable in 1.06 even when *not* running the Scenario Editor. It will not save the changes when you close the windows, but it looks strange with all the editing controls. I don't think this was the case is 1.05.

WAD. Users requested the ability to print the briefings and we enabled the toolbar in order to make this possible. If a user edits the description or briefing that's his decision.
