You cannot change the HQ of RAF coastal command and coastal air force air groups in the air group unit detail window. I don't know why that is, but you can change them from the air base unit detail window by clicking the "SET AIR GROUP HQ" link at the bottom.

Is the resetting Air HQ issue going to be fixed in the next patch. I get so tired of certain resetting Air HQs every turn. Please tell me it will be fixed!!!
