No temp ports.

Status: offline 		I may be missing something but in bg Italy I have 1 temp port created at licata.
No others,I have a lot of troops off shore with nowhere to go.
In the 8th army zone the only port is Syracuse at 9.
In the 43-45 campaign as soon as I invade temp ports are created
not so in bg Italy,why?

Have started 2 games,same result.
