Mukden garrison requirement changes on Mar 11 1942

I have posted a screenshot of something unusual that happened last turn in my DBB-B game with Apbarog. Basically, Mukden's garrison requirement has suddenly been hiked overnight to 2000AV!

Further info: I have just had to reinstall the game on a different PC and took the opportunity to update to DBB Big Babes_B_AEScen28_V14 from v13 at the same time.

The rest of the configuration is unchanged:

AE Official Patch ver. 1.01.08R9

Latest Beta Patch ver 1123x10 23Aug14

Babes_Extended Map Art Hexes 05_12_14. dated 12May14

Babes_Extended Map Data with SL 05_12_14. dated 12May14

I realise that this may be a DBB rather than stock issue but has anyone else experienced/ have advice regarding this issue?

A reply would be greatly appreciated as I wanna carry on invading the DEI :)

It seems to be a typo. The Mukden garrison should be 200. Somebody must have dropped in an extra 0.

It can be fixed in the editor by changing Mukden "Garrison J" field from 2000 to 200. Save the result in the SCEN folder and say "yes" when you get the screen message saying "data has changed, do you want to continue?" Might take a couple turns for everything to settle in.

Symon, thanks for you help with this. My buddy was able to send me a copy of DBB_B v13 so I decided to reinstall this and, lo and behold, the Mukden garrison was back to 200. I will remember your advice about the editor in future, although in this instance I feel happier that we are both using the same version. Plus, we only had to go back one turn so it wasn't a massive inconvenience.
