In remembrance of the 16 Dec German Ardennes Offensive, here is the latest version of Ardennes 1944. https://www.dropbox.com/s/y2s4po1hilffzeo/Ardennes1944.zip?dl=0 Designed using TOAW 3.4 and Opart 3XBb. Thanks to feed back from play tester, especially Fulcrum and curie6857, and Oberst Klink, I reworked some of the terrain and Allied forces around Bastogne so the 2.Pz and PzLehr have a chance, with careful planning, to follow their historic paths slipping around Bastogne The scenario was designed and tested with the Human player as the Germans vs Allied PO. It is certainly a challenge for the German player in PBEM. It is also interesting to note, and difficult to model, how inefficient was the historic Allied endgame. Historically, the Allies were not able to take Houffalize until 16Jan., whereas the PO Allies are able push all the way into Germany by game’s end. I have made several modifications to game parameters to handicap the Allies in January. I will be interested in hearing how others fare in staving off the Allied offensive
