since no one cares in general
I am using .13b and all I get is 144 esc 360 bmr.
I ran a test using latest turn.turned off all ad but 8th.used default settings, manually chose all bmr and esc.
Result 144-360.Then tried stk-1,min-1,req-999,result 144-360.tried stk-1,min-1,req-1200,result 144-360.
Then used joc's advise set miss.pct.in doctrines to 300% used same settins as last test,result,144-360.
This is a 0 hex range single day attack on hamburg.bc flies satisfactorly at 100% interestling enough.
Another interesting thing,on looking at detailed battle info,12 Bulgarian d-520's and 34 romanien I.A.R 81's assisted
in the defense.Outstanding support from a minor ally!

Those rum.ftr are based at Ploesti bul.ftr.much farther!need to capture some and learn how to get p-40 to escort to
danzig!
I cannot figure out how to upload a save.

Hello

Maybe this helps....

Post a reply in this thread. The save file which you want to send, should be packed as a .zip file. Than look at the picture.

The 144 fighter escort issue is known and seems to be fixed in a interal version.

At first guess I would say that your over flying your pilots. If you set them to strike targets everyday, deep in Germany, it's not going to happen, so the ai splits your flights up. Stagger your days so you have pilots to fly at the Req level you want, and this gives you a maint. day without flying (you get a maint cycle every day). It would also help to see a screenshot if you have one of your options. Also maybe a results screenshot open to 8th AF.

You will have to base those p40's in Denmark or Germany before they will escort bombers to danzig.

The highest fat.among 8th is 5.They bomb 2 days a week and so far in 6 turns nothing flew for 2 turns
don't know why weather was excellent both times.
The bit about the p-40's was because Rumanian fighter's based in Ploesti participated in the air defence of hamburg.
That's a long way to fly.

Lol, those guys were flying on the meth the axis scientist made!

Let me suggest, if you can to download Screenpresso. It's freeware (on a freeware site), and it's easy to take screenshot with. Make sure the game is in windowed mode and not full screen. Post some shots of your set up. It's a lot easier to spot the problem. One thing to try first is to delete all your air directives and create them from scratch.

It sounds like a flight forming issue addressed in coming patches.

Yes, it is possible to launch bigger strikes with current code, but you need bigger pool of available planes.

Hopefully the patch won't be long in coming.
68 bmr.losses for 710 bmr.is manageable but for a mission of 360 it's not war it's murder!

Any ETA on the patch? Its kind of a bummer having only 1/3rd of the bombers fly missions.
