But not Global Thermonuclear War.

I need more PBEM in my life. Looking for an opponent, Second World War, nothing too gigantic (i.e. not the whole East Front at regiment level please) and nothing below 2.5km/hex. Possible I will veto other stuff but try your luck.

Sides up to you. I can play 3.4 or 3XBb by your preference. Depending on the size I can typically play 3-5 turns a week.

I have 3.4 and would be interested. What skill level are you looking for? I'm pretty new to the game, I've played a few single player scenarios.

Well...

I've been playing for fifteen years. I don't get out much so I can't really compare with many other players, but I like to think I'm pretty good.

Pick a scenario you've played before and won. Knowing the scenario is as important as knowing the game. And if I do win, I promise to tell you what you should do next time.

[cue me losing dramatically]

OK. I'm playing through Korsun 44 right now. I'll get back to you when I finish and decide which side i'm most comfortable with.

Are you still down for a game of Korsun '44? I think I want to play Soviets. 3-5 turns is good. I was really busy with a recording session earlier but my schedule has cleared up so I'd love to start a PBEM game

My PC is packed up at the moment while I wait to move into my new flat. I'll let you know when I'm back up and running again.
