I am contemplating creating a WH40K scenario for ATGold but there are a few thing that I don't understand in the SFT statistics.

_ What is the "pow" "powDef"? My question is how does this translate in the combat model. what is the link with the %kill/%retreat? I am looking for a comprehensive answer.
_ What is a kill?
_ why is there different hit point for different SFT group and attack defence?
_ what size should be the graphics for SFT?

Other question :
_ what is the use of landscape group? it seems useless.

Skanvak, I haven't worked too much with the SFT stats, so I can't answer those questions.
Landscape groups are used in the editor to set which terrain types a location type can/can't be built on.

Yes, the wiki help.

If I understand correctly the hit chance is an opposed roll between the power of the attackers and the hit points of the defender, then and only then the kill/retreat/pin roll is made.
