Hello All,

Firstly, I have to say that this simulation is absolutely the business! So much so that I might as well uninstall all the other games from the PC as there's little likelihood of them getting much attention from now on... I've been playing since about the end of November, and hopefully am now starting to get the hang of what's happening.

In the last few days, I've encountered a bit of a strange one with the F4 Formation Editor button & function. The display still goes to the close-up view, and the "Station" notification is there for the individual ships, but the dialogue box to actually edit the formation etc. fails to appear. I can't be sure that it's since I installed Build 677, but it seems possible. Or it could be a coincidence, and I just hadn't noticed as it's not a feature I've used very much to date!

I've tried resetting the secondary windows via the options on the off-chance it was that, but that's made no difference.

Anyone got any ideas? Am I just doing something wrong?

This is an unusual problem. Normally such issues are resolved by resetting the position of secondary windows but as you mention you have already done this.

If possible, can you try deleting (or renaming) the command.ini file inside the Command folder, and restarting the game?

Yep, that did the trick! Thanks a lot!

That's something else I've noticed over the last couple of months: the support both on here and for the future development of the game generally, is absolutely spot on.
