I mentioned this one in another thread, but here is is, recreated with vanilla files [no modding]. I did skip through everyone else's turns just to fast-track to this point, but that shouldn't effect the game.
I took a turn to destroy all four captured Chinese blue factories, and moved the Japanese ENG to Canton. Then on the next turn I again skipped through everything to get to production, and there it was again - the Chinese are being granted the opportunity to repair their destroyed factory in Canton, even though the hex is controlled and occupied by Japanese forces. I have had this crop up even when no Chinese units were anywhere near Canton. It is not a problem per se, as the Chinese player would not likely waste four BP to repair something that would easily be destroyed once again, but there is always the potential for novice players to err, or maybe this bug has roots in another problem.
On another note, this bug did not occur until Net Play was added. Whether that has anything to do with it or not, I do not know. I have noted that the Chinese are getting a naval Return to Base Phase, even though they have no navy and even when they no longer have any ports with which to build or even base any ships, but I can't see that being connected, either.
