It looks like in 1.08.02 the newly arrived STUg battalions that arrive under OKH cannot be assigned to Corps directly from the Corps counter "ASSIGN" button. You have to manually reallocate them to AG, then Army, then Corps.
Bug?

To me it looks ok. Maybe you have problem with Stug Brigades?

edit: StuG Brigades are on the list.
