I'm playing the batleground Italy scen. as allies against the AI on 1.00.29.

I set a lot superiority ADs but the battle report points in all of them the attacker is the axis:

I suspect what you see are air combat (interdiction) battles on the top. You can try to filter out air combat battles to see what else you have.

There are many improvements to the AS code in comping patch, including fixes for the "empty" battles with 0 plane flights and consolidation of AS interdiction attack (less battle sites). At least it looks quite different with the version I have.

Sorry but I edited my post and it's not about the interdiction but about the superiority.

In such a case this is normal. In most cases non-phasing player will be an attacker. As mentioned AS battles will be more consolidated in coming patches.
