Maybe Mandrake is stir on trip? In parrarrer universe Japanese have been waiting neary a week for Mandrake to to give orders to his units. Japanese men can't understand deray since Japanese commanders have so graciousry offered to take Arried mens by ship to Burma to build rairroads for the Emperor. That best offer silly arried men going to get unless they prefer creaning toilets on the upcoming luxury liners to New Tokyo (formery known as Pearl Harbor).
