I'm not sure whether to post here in tech support, as I may be missing a rule.

But I'm unsure why this commander in Mill Springs can only move one hex, despite having full movement points. Each turn how far he moves has seemed to degrade, despite being no where near the enemy. I've attached a screenshot--- the game is PBEM, so obviously can't attach a save file.

Hmmm, maybe he was accidentally set to use line formation in the data files. I'll ask Gil to check on that. (Gil, check on that.)

Thanks for looking into that.

After we ended the scenario, my opponent and I switched sides (this time with the no rain variant), and he reports the same commander having the same issue, so looks easily repeatable. He eventually starts to move a little faster (a few hexes a turn), but never enough to get to the actual fight hours after his brigade can be deployed.
