Gave a supply wagon a long range move command to move up. The entire army made a long move to the designated hex!

I didnt realise that supply wagons were in the chain of command ;-)

Being able to make a long range move without moving the entire army would be nice? I like to keep a tidy battlefield

Well, that's a new one.

We need to know which supply wagon -- scenario? side? place in OOB?

Depending on the scenario, supply wagons can belong to a division, corps, or whole army. This one was most likely the latter.
