Hello dear admirals, gods of war, 7 seas great masters ....

(How I s.. it s wonderful)

Well,

I look to an experienced Rising Sun Empire player to beat me.
I offer to play sc 01. with a single home rule : no war with the USA.

It s a IF scenario. What s happen if Japanese commanders decide to invade asia but avoid a direct conflict with USA.

details of the home rule :

jap player have no right to attack US territories
Allies player have no right to use US units except tankers and cargos.
If a us ship is sinked , the allies have the right to use DD to escort convoys.

Let s see if Japan can win the war

This will not work. When you play your first game against the AI you will understand why.

I think it would be possible, but a real nightmare of micromanagement and HRs to deal with US reinforment arriving at "Allied" bases
No fun at all

British would still keep their withdrawal schedule, so you might want to play with "no withdrawals", but even then pools will remain very low

No Americans mean that Japan will be in a position to grab the entire map (Soviets and US of course) easily
