Non - random weather, HQ Lock, Full FoW, latest patch (1.08.03), PBEM
1:1=2:1 and reduced Blizzard effect ore no Soviets bonus and old Blizzard - in you choice.
If I play Germany - I like play without home rules.
If I play Soviets - home rules in you choice.
