I'll try to look at the garrisons in RA/BTS this weekend as John is going camping with family. We have already discussed this. i just need to sit down for a few hours and go through what stock has, what RA/BTS has, and find a better middle ground. Probably closer to stock, but with some minor tweaks in large bases.

Stanislav was doing most of the work on that and his life got CRAZY! We had gotten the naval side done and were working on the aircraft if I remember correctly...

We got to 1 Jan 1942 and I started really looking at the upgrade paths and found these problems. We are using BTS 2.3
Bogue-2 class 923 updates to class 924. Class 924 updates to class 923. My game shows 21 upgrades for the Tangier and the last is a Kent Class CA, but I need a shipyard of 12000+ to get it.
CVL Jacksonville class 955 upgrades to CVL Charlotte class 953. CVL Jacksonville class 956 also upgrades to class 953. There is no way to get the CVL Jacksonville class 956.

Been meaning to mention a couple of glitches.
I have two Admiral Spruances. One in command of CarDiv 1 and his clone in command of CarDiv 4.
I just sent Hermes in for refit and am apprehensive about checking the duration as the listed stats for the upgrade had all zeros for every category including duration.
I will check the next turn when I get home today and see what duration is listed as the refit began at the end of my last turn.

The upgrades SHOULD be straitened out. Any other Allied player seen this issue?

OK.
Changes: 1. Fixed issues with upgrades/conversions. 2. Lowered India Garrison Requirements by 400 points total. 3. Lowered Occupied and Nationalist China Garrison Requirements by 350 each. 4. Hermes Upgrade got some work added to it since it upgrades IMMEDIATELY!
BTS 2.4 to be loaded onto site within minutes.

Hello , I have recently started a new game with this mod as the allies and WOW its very different than DaBabes (my usual mod) Getting spanked doing my normal stuff ,, so having to re think virtually everything, I could play the game 90% asleep before not anymore !
So thank you very much for utterly revitalising the best game ever !
EDIT - I meant to ask are there any art files for the new ships and planes , was odd seeing my invisible CVL's sinking off Port moresby and the stealth G5 over china is terrifying :)

John - I found the Indian 44th and 45th Brigades - I think that is their number cannot be rebuilt as the toe seems to show as empty on the destroyed unit screen so you cannot re build - is that a problem or error?

Just hit a rather serious refit glitch with the Bogue class CVEs. For six straight turns the refit has restarted each turn adding cumulative damage. In a few more turns the Pearl shipyard will have the dubious glory of having sunk two American CVEs. Culled operations reports here and secreen shots of the last four turns will follow.

One or two turns should be sufficient to sink them. Of course I didn't bother to remove the planes as I have a plethora of carriers in pearl getting ready to escort the Big Blue Fleet across the Pacific to deliver 500K supplies, 250K fuel and troops to Shanghai so I can supply the combined Chinese/American drive into Manchukuo. I will lode the air squadrons along with the carriers and of course, I will not allow any more Bogue class carriers to refit.
Most fixes have not worked for a current game and require a restart. I am almost 700 turns in now and only a month or so away from my offensive in Manchukuo so I am not going to cash it in over this.
Will supply a saved game tomorrow is that will help.

Hans, this is what I reported above. It has been fixed in version 2.4, but as you noted, it can not be fixed without a restart.
Didn't realize your post meant the 21 upgrades would happen consecutively restarting each turn and adding the refit damage cumulatively.
This is a major disaster for the class.
Oh well, almost 700 turns in now and I'm not gonna scrap it over this. Will just have to live with the loss and NOT allow another Bogue class to upgrade.
Hans, you can set the upgrade to no while it is in refit.
Go to the base. click on ships anchored. Click on the second line of the third column at the bottom( the one that says "Show ships under repair"). Then click on the ship in question and set the upgrade to no.

Long delay in replying John , thanks for the art link and we are playing Between The Storms with a few HR's like no fuel hauling on AK's ( Commonwealth has to Use AKL's for short hops due to a lack of YO's ). Several night rules , all of which I forget atm .
I cant believe the Land TOE is so wildly different to DaBabes or Stock , Great work indeed. WE keep discovering new things and are really really bad at Op-Sec ( we (namely me ) talk way to much ).

Worked fine Bill.
Thanks for the reminder.
I almost never use that interface anymore as the "Manage Ships...." interface is so much more useful...at least in most respects.
