Status: offline 		Im playing some random scenarios in a campaign using ATG for the tactical battles. I modify the OOBs on the map, and then I would like no further production for that scenario.

Whats the fastest or best way to turn off production of units

Its probably best to create an alternate masterfile and use that one for random game generation. Do this by loading the masterfile and modifying it and saving it under a different name.

It might require some fine tuning to get right.

But I would set supply item to ProdMod = 2 (like political points)

And then set for all people versus all peoplegroups ProdMod = 0.

This will mean only ProdMod = 2 items can be produced (political points and supply).
