Right, first scenario I decided to make and release. Set around the Horn of Africa, ~2018. Main scenario background and briefing is in the scenario.

With thanks to ckfinite for providing the necessary code for the 'weapon' component of the scoring. That was one of the more tricky parts of the scoring in how to balance it.
