Isolation does not lower MP directly. They have 100% fuel, so they could get as much as 50 MP (minus fatigue, minus failed leader rolls).

Known issue, will be fixed in 1.08.05. Units eat too much - they should eat 100% of weekly needs only if they have 100% of bi-weekly needs on hand, proportionally reducing amount consumed in case of shortages, but they are not reducing it now.

Status: offline 		I've most of my Panzer Division with supply=0% but the supply soft factor is always green. I don't understand what it happens.

Supply soft factor also includes ammo. But I'll check whether it has some problems with 0 values.

But they resupplied from their HQ (or city).
