Hello,

making a new game , finishing setup and i saved the game at the exact moment i was asked for align Poland or not with CW.
When i restore the saved game i found a neutral Poland and can do nothing against this.
I can't declare war anymore on Poland even further impulse but, as game rules state it, France and CW declare war on Germany.

Saved game included.
