Looking for a good explanation of Scanner Jammers and Stealth. Value1 is apparently the one unused.

My components.txts all have stealth cloak's value1=<stealth rating> and scan jammer's value2=<jamming power>. I can only assume this is the correct way, since trace scanner is set up as value1=<range> value2=<scanning power> & these two components are direct opposites.
