Can't install TOAW3

Can't install TOAW3 - 7/27/2015 1:17:57 PM

Status: offline 		I heard that there's a new patch. So I downloaded the patch to my computer. But it doesn't work and pop up

C:\Matrix Games\The Operational Art of war III\Fran?is.DLL
A decompression error has occcurred (#2026)
Unknown decompression error

So I clicked ignore. And the it pop up this message.

Setup can not create the following folder:
C:\Matrix Games\The Operational Art of War III\Scenarios\Version Fran?ise

The I clicked retry. But it patch process was just disappeared.
This thing happened when first downloaded toaw to my computer. At that time I downloaded the game to another computer(changed my windows language to French) and moved the game folder to my computer with changing register file.
But this time I don't have a computer to do this job. So I need help. Also I can't play the game because I deleted my game accidentally.
I really want to play the game.
I'm currently using 'Korean' windows 7 Home Premium K 32 bit.

Make sure that you had the latest patch installed before, which was 3.4.0.202. Also install with admin rights, that should do the trick. Perhaps during the install you didn't have the rights to create a certain folder, but also be aware to switch off some anti-virus software when installing.

Be aware that the patch is not a stand-alone program. You must first have the game installed and apply the patch to that installation.

Status: offline 		As you recommended I tried to re-install the game with admin rights and turned off all of my anti-virus software.
But during installation error occurred pop-up this message:

C:\Matrix Games\The Operational Art of war III\Fran?is.DLL

Could not open output file

So I clicked retry but it just pop up the same message.
Help me......

I've been trying to solve this prob but it seems not working so far, Did you find a way to solve this prob?

Status: offline 		I've had the same problems with decompression errors with both the game and patch installers while running windows XP. It happened on multiple computers. The installers finaly worked after I booted windows up in safe mode and installed in this mode.

Change your Windows system local language to French and reboot your computer. Then download TOAW3 and latest patch. Don't forget to change
your Windows system local language to Korean.
