I think there is a big glitch in port coastal supply. Here's why
I am using version 1.8.3

In the manual on page 57 it states "When deployed in a port hex, ships provide twice as much coastal supply as they normally do."

When I have a full strength support ship it gives 20 supply from a coastal hex. The area total supports that. When I move the ship off the coast the area number total drops by 20.

When I move the same support ship into a friendly port it still says 20 supply. ( I think it should read 40 supply). When I move from the port hex the area total drops by 20.

The same thing happens with DD and CA ships in friendly ports relative to their supply of 4 and 5.

Conclusion - the coding to double the supply in friendly port hexes is not working or is missing.
