So, has the game been tested for Windows 10?

i can only test what i own and my girlfriends son owns, so not all titles will be checked by me, i have the time but don't own all the games or i would test all the games on here...

all tested with no errors once installed and updated to latest version, with the correct bits installed, eg: dotnet etc etc

As a side note, Rob did run the game on an earlier developer release of Win10 without any problems. Game on!

Thank you for the reports. Much appreciated.

Does the game run faster, slower, about the same?

The test install I did boots as slow as ever, but seems sprightlier navigating around. Haven't got around to running anything on it yet. Takes a while to turn off all the advertising, and find the privacy options.

Should be about the same I would think. Would depend on how much bloat ware is running in the background of Win10.

depends on system hardware and also on if you did a upgrade or fresh install.

upgrade while taking over all your old stuff also isn't as quick as a fresh install.

upgrade is needed for a new free key mind you, but....

once you have the key, which isn't needed like a normal key, as your hardware is looked at, in a certain way then sent off once you registered / activated it with the upgrade, so once done , you can wipe it and reinstall without the key, and leaving it blank on the fresh install when asked, as soon as you try and activate it, again it checks your hardware against the last upgrade install and does it for you.

the clean install on windows 10 is quicker on the same hardware than a upgraded version.

but you would have to be a geek most of the time and run bench tests to really tell the difference tbh...

We tested the game under Windows 10 as soon as the beta was available several months ago. Things looked good but it was obvious that Windows 10 was going to change a lot by release time. I'm upgrading one of my test machines right now to the release version and will test some more.

If you see any issues please post them here so we can deal with them!

Thanks, Rob
