If the Germans were just outside Moscow I wouldn't blame them but it arrived in the Urals with zero MP. Shouldn't it be in Moscow?

MDZ will move to Moscow by teleportation. Don't use it. AP trap.

Thanks. Why is it an AP trap?

With the HQs on the eastern edge of the map does it mattr if they are overloaded as thye are so far out of command radius anyway?

It costs AP to reassign HQ's & CU's from the MDZ.
