Status: offline 		I seem to remember that you have to keep the cursor over to hex and tells you the level.

Status: offline 		It appears in the rollover next to the river hexside direction. Something like:

Minor River: E(1) NW (1)

This indicates ice level 1 in hexsides to the east and northwest.
