Status: offline 		Hello all. I've recently purchased NI. Even as a Paradox grand strat enthusiast, this game is melting my brain...in a good way

Anyway, my only problem is that I have no in-game music or effects, despite the checkboxes being ticked in Options. The intro plays fine and clear, just no sound in the actual game itself. Sound is fine in all my other games too.

I'm running a laptop with latest Realtek audio driver installed.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice offered.

Status: offline 		Please make sure that you have a subfolder named Sound in the game main installation folder.

Status: offline 		Yes, it's there. The files within play normally if opened with media player. Still not hearing them in-game though. Thanks for replying.

I have also the latest realtek audio driver installed (6.0.1.7629), maybe something here. Do you have Nahimic sofware installed?
