Steam achievements after Victory screen?

Anyone know off hand if steam achievements (like defeat the Guardians, etc) can be achieved after dismissing the victory screen?

I try and set my victory conditions to really long, like 40-50 years till it even kicks in, and 100% of everything but been getting V screen before some of the long achievement chases. I suppose I'll just try it but nice to know if someone knows offhand if stream achievements still enabled after Victory screen pops and you keep playing.

Answering my own question - apparently not. Or at least not with all achievements. Killed Guardians after victory screen but no achievement pop.

Updating answer to question - at least for some, and most likely all but i cant claim guarantee on that - achievements on steam are possible after victory screen pops up and game is continued.

But it appears it can be quite laggy. I killed ancient guardians for first time after victory screen and kept playing. Thought i didnt get achievement becaise it didnt update or reflect for quite some time, even after quitting session and game launcher. Next day i noticed the recorded achievement on steam client had updated.

So either a steam update lag thing or maybe have to quit DW session before it passes the update, not sure. But i've gotten the one time triggers like defeat ancient guardians as well as the continually tracked 'body count' types like number of ships boarded, troops killed, etc imcremented after victory screen.
