Status: offline 		Hello all,
My computer crashed not to long ago and I am trying to reinstall my game. when I go to enter the serial number it comes up invalid. can someone please help?

Status: offline 		found out what happen when I checked the serial number on file with tech support and the CD and email info sent to me with the serial number was off by one number. was able to put in correct number and down load game
