not the same picture as above though, need the one with the patch install one shown on the first post with the error box at the side, then see if the patch is going to the same file and folder etc, as you have installed it into E drive, if your o/s is on C, and that has no space, there won't be enough temp space on C to unpack it, so will give a error of not enough space, as C is where the unpacking is done, in a temp folder, so a screen shot of the first picture with the box on top moved to the side would be more help full, and the space left on C would maybe make more sense of it as well, i'm not support by the way, so you can wait for them to ask, but for a guess they will ask the same questions. as i maybe totally wrong as if your C drive doesn't even have 40mb free to unpack a file, then it wouldn't be working too well either and would be giving you all sorts of out of memory errors as well and asking you to free up some free space on it, so more than likely a anti virus or other issue tbh... but will for then if you like or want, good look
