The new anti-torpedo torpedo that is installed on a few ships in the database has a hit % of 85% when it attacks a torpedo (it's intended and only purpose) the chance to hit is halved because it is attacking a torpedo. Seems kinda silly to have such a negative modifier for a weapon system targeting its intended purpose, If it trully should be only @45% effective why not make that the hit% without the modifier.

The torpedo can also attack submarines. It's not the ideal weapon to use in this role but if nothing else is available it can be used.
