Status: offline 		I've purchased the physical version of WitW. Today I received a box with a copy of the (beautiful, albeit slightly damaged) manual, but not game CD. Does the CD get shipped as a separate package or has there been an error?

Status: offline 		CD should be in the book under the front cover.

You may try to contact Matrix helpdesk to ask replacement.
