It never saves the leaders data - I edit it, save the CSV, save the scenario - load it up again - no leader changes...

How to edit FbD units - so that they have more movement points?

It all for SP against the AI ;-D

To edit leaders you need to change generic data. Scenarios load devices, ground elements, aircraft, OBs and leaders from generic data each time you start the game. Then it's embedded in the save and never changes for ongoing game. Watch out, this will affect all your new games so make sure you have copies of original data. Playing against human with modified data is equal to cheating.

MP limits are hard-coded. Impossible to change them.

Hmm - I wanted to change leaders for a special scenario - that I did not want to use for PBEMs - how to do?

You could use locked generic data for this scenario so changes would be saved inside the scenario. Option available in Main Editor tab, bottom left, after loading scenario. Make sure you use a modified name for the scenario or it may get overwritten once an update is applied.

Thanks for the answer - but it seems I can either load generic data or a scenario - if loading a scenario leaders do not save - if loading generic data - it seems to save to all scenarios? What to do?

Load your scenario - in the standard environment it uses all generic data as dynamic data (refreshed on scenario load).
After loading a scenario in editor, exit map and you are at the editor main tab. In the bottom left you'll see "Lock Generic Data". Enable this (to Yes) then any change to Leaders, OBs etc will only be saved in the scenario. Don't forget to save this scenario.

Ok - did as you said - just if I load the scenario again - leaders are not changed - but the old data - I did save scenario, export to CSV and update generic data - still when loading the scenario again no changes...? Any idea?
