Nothing on that page shows my sign up date... just my actual birthdate....

Curious, did you make it to the page chemkid posted? If so, where it says birthday- that is your sign up date for the club. And if your sign up date is the same as your birthdate then you must have signed up on your birthday

Yes I'm looking at the exact same page and it list my birthday year as 1965 which is correct and not the year I signed up....
My earliest recorded registered game is in 2004....

Well I'm at a loss. You are a club member? If not you have to register as one. If you are already a member then it may require you to be registered for universal access. And if you are already registered for universal access only one thing I can tell you get a help/desk ticket.

Concerning the birthday date, is it in American or European format?

Been a member for a long time. Never heard of an anniversary coupon. Have a few things I want, but they are too new to be in the Holiday Sale, so I'll wait a bit until at least a 10% coupon arrives. This would be helpful if true. I go back further than 2010, but that's the year of my first registered game.

Everybody is entitled to the birthday coupon as long you have a Matrix Members Club account.

Guys just to be clear it is an anniversary coupon, based on the due you first registered here or registered a game. It is nothing to do with your birthday. Most people, the joined date on their forum, shown on the left of each post under your avatar is the date unless you have multiple accounts and not merged them and then it could be more complex.

Paulo helped me thru the unified login "thing", and now I know I am a registered member since April 2005. Never seen an anniversary coupon in all these 10 years...

Okay, so, it is more complex. My forum registration is one date. The first time I purchased a game at matrix is another date. The date I purchased a game when Slitherene came on board is another date. The date I signed on the universal is another date. Which one do they use? Why does It have to be so complex? I know eventually, a coupon will come my way I will finally know the date Slitherene uses.

As they mentioned earlier, it is the date you joined the Member's Club. Click the word community above, top right and sign in there. That is the member's club.

I know my date when I became a club member and that is what I thought. but look at what He says forum registration plus other possibilities. Ian is confusing things by his explanation above based on the due you first registered here or registered a game. I think it's the Club member date that counts for the coupon.
I'll try to confirm tomorrow with one of the web admins.

So that's interesting. I see my joined date to the left as 11/27. No coupon on 11/27. Did these start in Dec? I could make use of a coupon!!

I think it is the date of the member's club join, see my post above, and not the date to the left (forum join, mine showing 6/1/2005). I received my anniversary coupon on 12/3 this year where that month December, is more in line with the member's club date which I know I did well after my 2005 date join as I was unaware of member's club at the time. To make it confusing all the dates are not really out there that I can find. I do not think they go with the forum date though.

See my date is like June, but I recently received mine corresponding to the date (month/year) I joined the members club. I say in line as there is no date of join there that I can find. It makes sense as one goes there to register games so it seems fair to date the anniversary with a date you made a purchase, which ties in with the members club...just guessing...

This is an email I received:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Collect Your Reward!

Dear Waltero, did you know you’ve been with us for 7 Year/s!
We’d like to say thanks for your support and offer you a special reward.
Click THIS LINK to collect your reward coupon.

Thanks from the Slitherine & Matrix Games Teams

Matrix Games & Slitherine.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I went to make a purchase the next day and whoop, woe and behold it was Gone. " Get Birthday Coupon

•The token provided is no longer valid for this user."

No Coupon, no purchase...coupon had expired in less than 24 hours...but its the thought that counts.

I did enjoy browsing through the store looking for something to purchase. If it weren't for that, I might have never found out that they are coming out with Strategic command 3!

Thanks Matrix Games & Slitherine.

Wait!!! Upon further investigation, it turns out a coupon code is in "my account"
Have to read the fine print!

Thanks again Matrix games & Slitherine I'm off to make a purchase.

Sorry for the rest of you...Sucka's

P.S. It would appear that it is activated by game registration?

I got that message too yet I typed in the code anyway and was able to use the code. If you lost the coupon code it is available under the "my account" anniversary coupon link. I got my coupon on 12/3 and used it on 12/8

My birth-date/anniversary date is 2/7/2016. I'll be patiently waiting for my coupon! 9 years on February 7.

The new "Anniversary Coupon" system went live on the 6th of November this year... so, if your "registration anniversary" already passed, you will have to wait for 2016.

Yes, you can always visit this page:
http://samelogin.slitherine.com/Manage/ListAnniversaryCoupons
You will be requested to log in (if you are not already logged in) and there you should see the list of your Anniversary Coupons.
Sometimes it may happen that 2 or more requests are sent to the server together (double click for example) and so only the first request for the coupon is accepted, the second one returns an error (like "The token provided is no longer valid for this user." ) ... that's why we created this page inside MY ACCOUNT, so you can always check there later the coupon code.
