Status: offline 		There is a temporary motorized "1st LW Jaeger Brigade" unit which is consuming APs each turn. In case admin level is below 100, net income will be 0. You can try to demotorize 1st JB.

Thanks! Yep that was it i.e. the 1ST LW being motorized. Seems that should be off by default for a future update?
