In the attached test scenario, I have a MiG-31 Foxhound attacking some targets. Once it shoots all its long-range missiles (AA-9s) it continues to attack with only short-range AA-8s, despite having the "RTB at Winchester" doctrine set.

Is this per design? Is there some way to set what weapons are to be considered for the Winchester state?

This is by design in v1.09, fixed in v1.11
