In the attached scenario there is a city marker outside an area defined by reference points. After 10 seconds, two of the reference point are moved such that the city marker is inside the reference points. I have a "unit enters area" trigger set to post a message if the city marker is inside the area, but it never goes off. I don't think this is per design.

That said, this is easy to work around. I created a "unit remains in area" trigger instead with a 1 second timer and it works.
