Is it possible to add an hotkey for add aircrafts to airbase/ships?

If you click on a airbase in the mission editor, you can add aircrafts to the airbase via unit ops. My intention is when you click on the airbase and press the hotkey than you can add aircrafts to the base.

There should be an boat counterpart too, perhaps?

Ctrl + F6 Add / Remove Aircraft
Ctrl + F7 Add / Remove Docked Boats
