My random New Dawn 3 games don't use action cards. I've looked everywhere for a setting to allow it, but no luck. Any ideas you ATG experts out there?

There is a rulevar enabling / disabling actioncards.. Might want to set it to enable.

Thanks for the speedy reply Ernie.
I found the setting, set it to on, saved it. Started new game, action cards and active cards tabs grayed out, unavailable still.
Do they not show up until a certain turn?
Am I the only one who is having this problem?

Actions cards are given out via events (dealt) but that would mean the action card does not show up for the player...If one has an action card that they
cannot play it is grayed out...one reason could be not enough Political Points or whichever requirement is needed for the action cards to become active.
All action cards trigger events if those are not specified the action card is also grayed out even if an different event deals the action card.

There are tutorials on how to make action cards, I believe.
