[WAD] B802-SAM Not Firing

I'm flying over an SA-2 SAM BN at 9,000 ft AGL. The SAM wont fire because it says "I am lower than the weapon's minimum engagement altitude of 10,000 FT AGL". I have read that the minimum altitude for the SA-2 to fire should be around 1,500 Ft AGL.

I'm not sure if I am missing something or if my SA-2 altitude assumption is wrong. Please forgive me if this is WAD, I just thought that it looked a little off. Here is a copy of the scenario.

Status: offline 		This is WAD, early SA-2 versions were horrible. Ditto for SA-1. Later versions has minimum altitude reduced to 3500ft and then 1000ft

Status: offline 		No prob, this is why they developed the SA-3. And why AAA guns were relevant into the 1960s and even 1970s
