NEVER MIND!
I upgraded to DirectX9.0 final-& it worked!
I also deleted: C:\MatrixGames\Steel Panthers World at War\save steel.prf and holder.txt

Hey all!
as the above states, I can't get it to load from Mech.exe or any other way.
I uninstalled & reinstalled & it worked, but once I rebooted my system it doesn't work.
OS-98se, DirectX 9.0
Any & all help would be appreciated-tks.
