Am happy to discuss rules. What rules do you suggest for a balanced game?

Hi,
for actuall patch I believe best rules for balanced game should be
non-random weather, mild blizzard and soviet attack+1.
Reasons are, you will get a much needed powerfull counter attack in the winter. You get some counterattacks to open pockets and delay the german advance. With the new withdrawl rules this will not hurt the germans much, but will bring you time to evac your factories.
Air landing is hard, you could collect some airborn brigades and transport planes and made a pocket only from the air which will hurt the germans really, really hard and the main problem, it isn't defendable.
For landings I prefer Peltons rules, more for a good simulations as for balancing. Here I'm not sure, about balancing or not.
That is my point of view with the reasons I see.
