Status: offline 		These rules aren't balanced in any way. That is the main problem with that rules, so there will be no fun in this games or the german player knows he would loss.

Status: offline 		I am not one to say which rules are most balanced. However, some of the currently running AARs may provide a good starting point for determining what is considered to be balanced.
