I created a new scenario based off of Tom Weber's European Diplomacy. The map and national borders are very nearly identical except that I used the 4seasons graphics mod. It has the same 9 regimes except I gave each regime 1 extra production city compared to the original version. Its very AI capable and if anyone wants to check it out I uploaded to the VRdesign scenario bank. You will need to have the 4season mod installed to play it though because I could not include all the mod files with the scenario. Way too big.
