its new in build 819 - rebuild stops just before applying INI file. Attached is problematic scene

Hmm. Deep rebuild worked fine here. Do you have the ini? If so please upload.

I've included the rebuilt scenario if you just want to try it out.

Unfortunately, attached file also is not loading (without any error message or crash). Below is more detailed description:

1. Build 819, deep rebuild from db442 to db443. Scenario Migration dialog stops at "Re-loading migrated scenario... " step. Checking or not "Apply INI file.." doesn't change that behavior. CMANO still working (its not crash or freeze) and is responsive. There is temporary scenario file in Scenarios folder called SBR.scen, so rebuild was probably successful (but its not loading as well, attached)
2. Build 819, deep rebuild from db440 to to db443. Same behavior.
3. Revert to build 818, deep rebuild from db440 to db442. Works great.

While it is possible that my installation got corrupted in some way, its strange that build 818 works ok

I am having trouble migrating this scenario (Play the fool) even from the last community pack. And noticed no SBR platform list showed up in logs.
So I tried not doing a deep build.
Got this error when migrating from community pack scenerio to latest DB (443). The error does not show up if I do a deep build (this may be hiding the error message)

I had tried several other 'migration to latest' on other scenarios and they worked okay. Problem seems related to this scenario at least.

This seems related to "[ANSWERED] Aircraft missing from new 819 build DB " post as this is the same a/c missing - (ID 2072 Su-30MKK2 Flanker G)

Remove the aircraft and missile and then re-add.

I know there was one Flanker we removed not too long ago because it doesn't exist. That's likely it.
