The Bitter End 1.08.08 (or later)

Server game
Locked HQ Support
Full FOW

House Rules:
No Para drops
No bombing of HQ's unless stacked with a ground unit
No naval invasions before November 1941, none outside the 1939 Soviet borders before January 1943
In addition if Sevastopol is either isolated, or in German hands, none west of the Crimea,
which reflects the scope for air/naval interdiction not really reflected in the game.
30 day rule = no turns in 30 days by one player the other wins by default.
New Patches will be used as soon as possible.

Optional Rules Setup:

Mild Blizzard Rules
Random Weather
No 1:1 = 2:1

or

Normal Blizzard Rules
Non- Random Weather

All Rules could be discussed, because you had to deal with them in both directions.

My idea is a bitter end Campaigne with both sides and for sure both games had the same speed.
Advantage is, now discussion about the rules. We could play with the rules we want and didn't have do discuss balancing. Both players faces the same problems/rules/patch.
The late game will be interesting, because if you know the axis is loosing, there are some motivation problems.
Now you fight for delay, because you see the other game. As soviet you had some pressure in the late game and must take a risk instead of slowly steamrolling your opponent.
No whinning about patch or rules.

I think he is looking for 1 player that will play both sides against him.

This is actually quite good idea. I would for sure take it. Recently I started 2 games, 1 Axis and 1 Soviet and I am angry on myself. Soviet opponent convinced me to play with +1 and Axis opponent convinced me to play without +1. Basically in both games I have disadvantage however playing 2 games with the same player and same rules will equalize things.
