2 hours may not be fast enough to stop the launch of solid-fueled ballistic missiles at hostile side, but still fast enough to disrupt all the further plans right after they've launched it.

However, modern day's fast-food culture and armchair experts demands it should be faster, considering 2 hours of gap can still do some damage.

I suspect that no one is randomly launching large-scale ASBM attacks. The planes aren't going to be sitting on deck dry and empty.

It can serve as a reference for scenario, if have to be realistically preparing the operation for 2 hours, while the hostile side is already attacking.
