Status: offline 		Is it possible to modify an existing scenario with the scenario editor? If so, do I click on New and then load the scn I want to modify?

Status: offline 		You just need to open the scenario from inside the editor.

Status: offline 		New is a clean page, no maps, units, attributes,etc. If you want to keep the original as is, use "save as" and modify the name of your modified scenario.
